The Fontanini Nativity tradition began over 100 years ago in Bagni di Lucca, Italy, in the hills of Tuscany, when Emanuele Fontanini opened his first shop in 1908. What began as a small family workshop has grown into a world-renowned name in heirloom-quality Nativity sets.

Each piece is meticulously sculpted, molded, and hand-painted in a multi-generational, family-guided process using durable polymer and marble-based materials.
