Made with our own fresh ingredients from the North Country - butter from Wisconsin Dairy Farmers and water from Minnesota's pure, pristine lakes.  These ingredients - along with all of the other natural ingredients we use - are the reasons customers visit our two Minnesota showrooms.  You can watch our fudge artisans measure, form, and decortate our home made fudge using recipes older than most of the staff!  And because we make it in our store using the same quality fudge kettles, we can ensure that the fudge reaches you fresh!  Remember, to ensure quality we only ship fudge from September - May.  When you get the fudge home - keep it out for up to 3 weeks or freeze it.  Refrigeration will dry out your fudge from its creamy, delicious state!  North Country Fudge Factory candy can only be found online at our site or at our Minnesota gift stores in Old-World New Ulm and Historic Madelia.
